Notarising or Certifying your documents

There are several methods of obtaining a notarised copy of the picture page of your passport:-

1.    Visit our offices and bring your passports for copying and notarising or send them to us by FEDEX, UPS or similar.

2.     Take your original passport to be notarised by a US notary. A US notary may be located at US embassies and consulates worldwide.

3.     Take your original passport to be notarised or certified as a “true copy of the original” by a local notary or solicitor/lawyer in your home country. The notarised or certified copy must then be sent to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to be “legalised” - a fee may apply.
